About Restored Hope Counseling

Christina Steele, MA, LPC, NCC

Hi, I’m Christina!
I’m so glad you’re here. Supporting individuals and couples as they grow toward their goals is my greatest passion. In our work together, I draw from different therapeutic approaches, like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and EMDR, choosing the tools that feel like the best fit for you.

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and free from judgment. Together, we’ll uncover your strengths and design a plan that brings hope and clarity to your future.

How will you feel in my office?

Starting counseling can feel nerve-wracking, but my priority is creating a safe and trusting relationship from the very first session. My goal is to provide a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can feel truly supported and understood.

In my office, you’ll find a place where honesty and transparency are encouraged. You can show up as your true self, knowing you’ll be met with compassion and care. Together, we’ll navigate life’s challenges in a way that feels authentic and meaningful to you.

What can you expect?

Every counseling journey begins with understanding what brought you here. In our first session, I’ll take the time to get to know you by hearing your story and your reasons for pursuing counseling. We’ll work together to identify your goals and start building a treatment plan that feels meaningful to you.

As we build our therapeutic relationship, we’ll meet regularly, either weekly or every other week, depending on your needs. My goal is to create a flexible and supportive process that helps you move toward healing and growth.

“Find hope in new horizons be kind to yourself as you wrestle with what it means to begin again.”
